I just received the Breadboard Power and Bypass Module MKII. I am only getting 9V on one pair of the breadboard rails. The other rail isn't receiving power. Is this normal? It's very difficult to contact you seeing that neither your contact link nor FAQ section at the bottom of the page appears to even be active.
